Despite minor inconveniences, Indian Wells Resort Hotel offers a tranquil oasis with picturesque surroundings. The friendly staff at the bar and breakfast made my stay pleasant. While some areas need improvement, the overall experience was serene and enjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my stay during the tennis tournament. the live entertainment in the evenings, featuring Frank and the Herman big band, was delightful. the food at Frank's place was excellent, and the service exceeded my expectations. the location offers a superb view of the mountains and golf course, creating a relaxing ambiance. the unexpected upgrade to a suite was a pleasant surprise, and the beds were very comfortable. a great experience at Resort.

Pool cleanliness concerns, noisy atmosphere.

we had a delightful stay at the Indian Wells. the luxurious room and beautiful dining area really stood out. the pool overlooking the golfing field was a fantastic touch. the staff was warm and welcoming, making our experience truly enjoyable. breakfast was a highlight with a variety of buffet options that were constantly replenished.

The location was central, close to downtown and other spots of interest, restaurants n stores and a golf course walking distance to three other great hotels. The breakfast with other food options, bagels and scrambled eggs was nice hot and free for what you got.

The location was central, favourable close to shops. And it was also close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and another nice restaurant for dinner and drinks.

The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, and the clean pool area was perfect for the kids. Additionally, the onsite activities like golf and tennis kept everyone entertained. The live entertainment, including the vibrant nightclub that spills out into the lobby lounge area, added an enjoyable touch to our evenings.

My wife says that the dining experience with the meal ticket system for the free breakfast could be more relaxed to accommodate families with children.

The room is updated and huge with a particularly nice view of the mountains. Unique location short walk to the valley and restaurants and other things to do in the desert and the gift shop, it's central.

The rooms were air-conditioned and spotless, had a shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries in the bathroom. The continental breakfast that I ordered was nice hot with bagels, muffins, ham.

The staff was extremely great and nice, the breakfast offered was adequate with a wide array of food. A standard double room with a perfect view of the golf coarse and palm trees, I had requested this in advance.

loved the location! the history of resort was interesting. the complimentary breakfast burrito was great. went to a local Mexican restaurant that had a live band for dinner and had a lovely time. not golfers, but if you are, a definite bonus. really enjoyed the getaway. the price was very reasonable. parking was very convenient. the desk agent was very nice and took care of my check-in quickly. appreciated that very much, as i booked my room on the app in a moment's decision. it was well after midnight when i checked in. location to/from tennis gardens, to/from palm springs international airport. resort exceeded my expectation. a+ to everything from the receptionist who had great customer service. we were there for a dance competition which had us arrive earlier than the check in time we were checked in. the room was clean and the view was amazing. the hotel even provided us with transportation to and from our dance competition location. whattttt. the pool was beautiful. they even had pool side service. already planning next visit. just because.

Glad I took standard double room, it was luxury and reasonably large. Staff is consistently courteous and welcoming and you can park your car nearby.

The staff at the on-site restaurant were friendly and accommodating. a great choice for a relaxing break.

The standard double room is updated, we also truly enjoyed perfect views. The setting is stunning and wonderful, very close to the restaurant Vicky's, a golf course walking distance to three other great hotels and high heels.
